Description:

Out of the 109 boats that had passed through the Canal in that month, 78 were from Britain, 8 from France, 7 from the Netherlands and the remaining 16 were from Spain, Germany, Italy, Austria, Denmark and Norway. British ships passed through the Suez Canal on their way to India and to other British colonial possessions.
