The steamboat Il Generoso had three classes of service: the first-class ticket cost 42.5 Thalers and the second class one 30 Thalers; they both included meals. By contrast, the third-class ticket (12 Thalers) did not entitle one to meals. The trip lasted five days. According to the poster, the steamboat Il Generoso was equipped with “very confortable cabins and living rooms, including a special living room for ladies”.
