Black and white photo in a family album: A family gathering at the garden of Emmanuel Benaki’s mansion in Alexandria. His eldest daughter Alexandra Benaki was engaged to his partner Tom Davis in April 1889. In the center of the picture appear the bride and the groom, the sister of Alexandra Benaki, Penelope Benaki-Delta, as well as their mother, Virginia Benaki. Phototographer unknown.
