Description:

Plucked instrument with four double orders. The headstock is inlaid with silver motifs. It has eight round pins decorated with flowers which end in bone buttons. The nut is also made of bone. The fingerboard is adorned with marquetry and inlay work and has been partially restored; it has no frets.
The lid is decorated with a quite flamboyant pierced rosette. The bridge is made of bone and wood with stars decoration. The wavy tailpiece is made of wood. The neck is decorated with marquetry in two colours forming a zigzag. The soundboard is concave and consists of eleven staves.
