This accounting book belonged to the Anatolian Railway. On it can be seen Abdülhamid II's monogram in gilding, and the words "Devlet-i Aliye-i Osmaniye’nin Varidat ve Mesarifat-ı Umumiyesinin Muhasebesidir" (this book belongs to the income and expenses of the state).
