The picture shows the Moroccan Ambassador Mohammed ibn 'Abd al-Malik, Pasha of Tangier, at his first visit in Vienna on 14 Feb 1783. This visit of the Moroccan delegation in Vienna started the more than 200 years long peaceful relationship between Morocco and Austria.
